FAQ

1) Where do I see and buy the products?

- All our jewellery and accessories are shown online at www.treasuredivas.com.  There is no physical location to view and try our products.

2) How much am I saving by shopping at Treasure Divas?

-Treasure Divas’ website does not carry the overhead of a retail store which allows our customers to save up to 60% off retail just by shopping online with us.

3) What currency can I pay in?

- All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.  If your credit card is not a Canadian card, then there will be an exchange rate set up by your   credit card provider. We recommend that you find out the exchange rate prior to purchasing anything.

4) Are the transactions secure?

-Yes.  We use paypal as our payment processor and payment thru paypal is secured by Paypal.

5) Can I be assured that my privacy will be protected?

- Treasure Divas values and respects our customer’s privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

6) Who do I contact for billing or payment-related questions?

7) Where do you ship from and what are your shipping rates?

- We ship all our orders through a housing location in Ontario, Canada.
  Shipping costs are as follows;
·   Canada - $ 10.00
·   USA - $ 10.00

 8) How long will it take to receive my shipment?

- Your order will ship from Treasure Divas within 7-10 business days from the time we receive it. Once shipped, delivery within the Canada and US takes from 1-7 business days. Delivery of international orders can take anywhere from 15-30 business days, depending on your location.  In all cases, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships so that you can check the delivery status of your order. Please note: Packages cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

9) Is my merchandise insured?

- Treasure Divas insures all shipments against theft and accidental damage, at no cost to our customers, up to a value of $1,000. Once the merchandise has been delivered and signed for, the insurance ceases to be in effect.

10) Do I need to be home to receive my package?

- Treasure Divas requires a signature for receipt of goods on all purchases. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for the package

11)  Will I be charged sales tax?

-  The sales tax charged depends on where you ask us to ship the order as follows:
·    Canada: Ontario, 13% HST
·    Canada: Outside Ontario no sales tax charged
·    United States: no sales tax charged

12) Will everything I order be delivered in one shipment?

- Due to the availability of the products, your merchandise may come in several shipments.

13) What is your return policy?

- All sales are final with the exception of manufactures defect. Defected merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.  We will give you an account credit for the entire amount, less shipping and handling charges. A credit will be applied once the merchandise has been received and inspected by our Return Processing Center.
 
In order for your credit to be processed promptly, please follow the return directions below:
1.    Return the item in its original packaging (as sent to you).
2.    Make sure that all boxes are returned with the item.
